Horse Staking Service

This is a unique application which demonstrates our ability to understand our clients needs and translate those needs into a functional system. This system was developed in the early 1990's for the largest staking service in North America and is still in use today. In order for horses to become eligible for certain races, they must be nominated or staked by making payments at specified times to the race sponsors. This system tracks when payments are due, notifies the owners/trainers, records payments made and reports on a horse's eligibility. Banking

Congress created the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering legislation as a tool for the U.S. Government to use to fight drug trafficking, money laundering and other crimes. It requires banks to report on any suspicious activity. Failure to do so can result in huge fines or penalties. But how does a bank with thousands of customers monitor each customer for suspicious activity? Our firm developed an application called the Suspicious Activity Reporting Assistant and is now in use by a number of banks. Horse Farm Management

Operating a horse farm requires a lot of record keeping. What horses are on our farm and where are they located? Who owns the horses? What veterinarian and other procedures have been performed on the horse and what procedures are scheduled in the future? What is the breeding status of mares and when did they foal and what was the results of the foaling? For boarding farms you need to bill the owners based upon the percentage of ownership and keep track of receivables. The Horse Farm Management system developed by our firm tracks all of this and more. This system was developed in the mid 1980's and has since been upgraded for today's technology. It is now in use by numerous small and large farms across the United States.

Insurance

We developed a comprehensive suite of systems for a Managing General Agent representing 1500 agents and 35 companies. These systems include policy issuance and maintenance, claims reporting, agency accounting, management reporting, direct billing to the policyholder, premium financing and a number of other systems.
